2) No Refund: Worn, Perfumed, Altered or without the original Brand & Labels. 

3) Not fit for you( but please contact us before you order), the quality problem 

4) No Refund: Custom-made Petite or Plus Size and Made to your Specification.

5) It is buyers' responsibility to pay the return or exchange postage.

Refunds

Shipping costs are non-refundable, if you receive a refund ,the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Dethe refund processing time is 7 working days, and the refund is generally received within 7-14 working days. Depending on where you live ,the time it may take for your exchange product to reach you,may vary.
